At MAELI DESIGNS, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for products purchased through our website.

1. Digital Products
   Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital patterns are final. We do not offer returns or refunds for digital purchases, as there is no way to ensure that the product has not been copied or distributed after purchase.
2. Physical Products
   Our 3D-printed products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs.
   • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping. A return shipping label will be provided upon request.
   • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. If the returned item shows signs of damage or wear, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the refund.
   • Refunds: Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected for damages. Improper packaging that results in damage to the item during return shipping may result in a partial or no refund.
3. Damaged Items & Warranty
   We offer a 30-day warranty on all 3D-printed products, starting from the date of delivery.
   • Damaged on Arrival: If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We will require a photo of the damaged product and its packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement.
   • Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers defects that prevent the product from performing as intended. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, modifications, or mishandling.
   • Exclusions: The warranty is void if the product has been modified, used for unintended purposes, or mishandled. MAELI DESIGNS, LLC is not responsible for consequential damages.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
   To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us at support@maelidesigns.net with your order number and details about the issue. We will provide further instructions, including how to return the item or receive a replacement.

   We reserve the right to update this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
